Kickoff Welcome Week with the Library @ Library Commons! 💃

WELCOME WEEK!!

The College will kick off the fall 2015 semester with Welcome Week, Monday, August 24 - Friday, August 28!!

MONDAY (10:30 am - 4pm Library Commons)
FREE BURGERS, mechanical bull riding, photo booth and FREE T-SHIRTS

TUESDAY (10:30 am - 12:30pm Library Commons)
FREE HOTDOGS, frozen yogurt, jousting game and give-aways

WEDNESDAY (10:30 am - 12:30pm Library Commons)
FREE PIZZA, cotton candy, snowballs, a college feud game, and a chance to learn about student organizations on campus

THURSDAY (7:30 am - 9:30pm, 12 noon Library Commons)
Breakfast plus have lunch with the President

FRIDAY (10:30 am - 12:30pm Library Commons)
FREE SUBWAY SUBS and bring your balloons for a water balloon fights

Library Week After Action Report

Thanks to everyone who participated for helping make Library Week last week such a great success!  The pizza and snowball day had an excellent turn out and there certainly wasn't any leftovers.  Many people also took us up on the offer of fine free book returns to their great advantage.  :)

On Friday the library had a drawing for the Library Week Raffle, and the winner of the Kindle e-book reader was Anita Gautreaux.  Congratulations Anita!

Pictures from the Valentine's party

The Valentine's Day party at the library was a huge success! Thanks everyone who came out to visit and eat cookies and drink hot chocolate at the library for making everything so wonderful. You're what we do this for! :)

This week is National Catholic Colleges Week, and today's celebration will include jambalaya served at the library commons with talks to follow. Thursday will be similar, with pizza and another presentation. Hopefully the weather will hold out and we'll have more fantastic photos to share next week.
